General Information:

Freight Charge:
A $9.95 freight charge is applied to orders containing 6 or less items, otherwise freight within the Continental United States is FREE. Freight to Alaska, Hawaii and international is To Be Determined, and you will be contacted by customer service with shipping charges after your order is placed.

Production Time:
Most orders will ship within 7 - 14 business days. If you are paying by purchase order, production will not begin until we receive a hard copy of your purchase order. Purchase orders can be emailed to jsokolik@barkerspecialty.com.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Not satisfied? Simply call our Customer Service Department regarding any exchanges or returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition it was received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable. Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.

For a formal quote please place your order on line and we will send you an acknowledgement for your approval.

Payment Options

You have the option to pay with credit card or government purchase order. If paying with purchase order, you are required to send a hard copy of the purchase order to jsokolik@barkerspecialty.com after you are finished placing your order.

Production Time

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 7 - 14 days of placing your order. Items will ship standard. If you require your order faster, contact customer service to discuss your options and pricing.
