All Orders Require Approval – This won’t take long . . .
All business orders are subject to approval by management. After your order has been completed and submitted,
a copy of the order will be emailed to your manager for their review.
Your manager will either approve or deny your order at that time, and you will immediately receive notification of the status.
Once your order is approved it will be processed immediately.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Not satisfied? Simply call our Customer Service Department regarding any exchanges
or returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition
it was received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable.
Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.
Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of being approved. Products listed as produced on demand will ship in 2-3 weeks. Item
out of stock? We will contact you and your order will ship complete once all items
are in stock, unless otherwise discussed. Need it quick? Call our Customer Service
Department or simply add a comment when placing your order, letting us know when
you need it by. Additional shipping charges may apply.
