Stock Production Time:
Most orders that do not require personalization will ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.

Personalization Production Time:
Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery of personalized items.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Not satisfied? Simply call our Customer Service Department regarding any exchanges or returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition it was received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Personalized items are not returnable. Shipping is non-refundable. Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.

Shipping Policy:
Most orders ship by US Postal Service or UPS Ground service. Tracking numbers are available per request to customer care. Certain shipments sent by UPS will receive tracking numbers by email at the time of shipment.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges posted on this site apply to the continental United States. Additional charges may apply to shipments that are extremely heavy, that require expedited delivery, or that are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. You will be notified if these additional charges apply to your order.
