Please allow 15 - 20 business day turnaround time to allow for proofing, production, and shipment of your order. All orders ship from Cheshire CT and will ship standard ground service. Click Here for standard transit times within the US. Orders will only be processed within normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Not satisfied? Simply call our Customer Service Department regarding any exchanges or returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition it was received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable. Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.
Yes. However, freight for orders shipping outside the contiguous United States will be determined after your order has been accepted. You will be notified via email with the freight cost prior to production.
