Most orders will ship within 7 - 14 business days. If you require faster service, contact customer service to discuss your options.
Orders shipping domestic ground United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will ship free. Freight charges for all other orders will be determined after the order is received. A freight quote will be provided for expedited shipments. In this case you will be notified via email with the freight charge.
You have option to pay with credit card or purchase order. If paying with purchase order, indicate that during checkout and email the purchase order to Joanne Sokolik, jsokolik@barkerspecialty.com. Your order will not be processed until the purchase order is received.
Not satisfied? Simply call our Customer Service Department regarding any exchanges or returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition it was received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable. Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.
Unless otherwise noted the standard Navy CYP logo will be used on all products. If items are too small to have the logo, then just wording Navy, Child & Youth Programs will be used.
For a formal quote please place your order on line and we will send you an acknowledgement for your approval.

Payment Options

You have the option to pay with credit card or government purchase order. If paying with purchase order, you are required to send a hard copy of the purchase order to jsokolik@barkerspecialty.com after you are finished placing your order.

Production Time

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 7 - 14 days of placing your order. Items will ship standard. If you require your order faster, contact customer service to discuss your options and pricing.
